All of our personnel have BSc, MSc and even Phd in Computer Science and Information Technologies. We select our staff from those that follow the same guidelines that we abide by. These principles include the ability to work in teams, to cooperate productively with other IT departments, to comply with open standards in their projects and follow recognized coding conventions. Good procedures, good methodology and good coding standards is the staple of our work.
