This research presents the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) to enhance candidate selection for the head of affairs at Bintaldam V Brawijaya, an agency of the Indonesian National Army, utilizing Group Technology (GT) and Decision Table (DT) methodologies. The DSS aims to address issues of incompetence in leadership by implementing a structured assessment incorporating personality, qualifications, and potential, facilitating more accurate candidate placement. The study focuses on improving efficiency and decision-making accuracy within the recruitment process, crucial for organizational productivity and leadership quality.
