brains from people in organizations in order to
understand their work environment and
challenges.
Create your own work position: students can
create whatever job position they wish to have
based on their interests.
Spot your worst enemy at work: app that allows
newly hired people to spot the people that will
make their work a living hell and those who will
help them grow professionally.
Borrowed Experience: borrowing experience from
people that have done the same jobs as you in
order for you to know how to react.
Fake Challenges: newly hired people have to face
fake challenges at work, that force them to make
practical and fast decisions. They don't know the
challenges are fake until they make the
decisions.
