Utah’s downward trend in funding effort over this period has been unprecedented. . . Encourage supportive friends to attend your neighborhood caucus meeting and vote for advocates for children and public education. 4. Find the location of your caucus meeting at: http://vote.utah.gov/countyclerk/ 6. Ask someone attending the caucus meeting to nominate you to be the state or county delegate. State delegates choose candidates for Congress, Governor and some other state offices. County delegates choose candidates for the Utah Legislature and county seats and offices. 7.
