● Physically handed to Tradesperson
● Tradesperson completes repair
● Tradesperson completes a paper form for all jobs complete
● Forms from 500+ tradespeople are handed to foreperson
● Foreperson faxes these back to council staff

times to drop to zero across the board as
staff update within minutes of completion*.
Potential outcomes of the app, based on depot
staff using the app rather than visiting the
depot to collect paperwork.
*The app will also negate the need to bulk-close repairs.
(This can be as high as 60,000 in many years.)
