This paper presents the design and simulation of a Time Division Multiplexing-Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network (TDM-WDM PON) aimed at creating a high-capacity network with lower loss. The simulation results indicate that this integrated system can support up to 64 customers at a bit rate of 2.5 Gbps, providing enhanced efficiency compared to traditional TDM PON systems. The findings demonstrate that using WDM alongside TDM can significantly improve bandwidth capability and system performance.
