The paper discusses the challenges faced by radar level meters in measuring levels in paint batching tanks due to factors such as fluctuations in dielectric constants, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and measurement environment interference. It presents a case where a high-performance radar level meter was utilized, selecting appropriate equipment and installation techniques to mitigate these challenges while employing data processing and calibration for improved accuracy. The implementation of these solutions resulted in successful high-precision level measurement, enhancing dosing accuracy, production efficiency, and product quality.
