DIGITAL DIVIDE ELEMENTS Socio economic divide : the gap between demographics and regions that have access to modern information and communications technology, and those that don't or have restricted access. This technology can include the telephone, television, personal computers and the Internet. Gender divide : the differences between women and men, especially as reflected in social, political, intellectual, cultural, or economic attainments or attitudes. A divide in infrastructure : Privilege users get better infrastructure, whereas under privilege people don’t, however it is often that under privilege prevents infrastructure change. Divide in content : English has been the dominate language on Web or internet Skills divide : Is having a skill to operate a computer, but not all people have these skills of Socio economic divide.
- 3. CAPITALS RELATED TO DIGITAL ACCESS Social capital : the networks of relationships among people who live and work in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively. Divide and Social capital : not feeling a sense of belonging, a feeling of trust and security when using social networks and other Apps. Human capital : the skills, knowledge, and experience possessed by an individual or population, viewed in terms of their value or cost to an organization or country. Divide and Human capital : divide can cause a gap amongst individuals that can affect their skills , knowledge, experience and value to country or an organisation. Knowledge capital : is the intangible asset that represents valuable ideas, methods, processes and other intuitive talents that belong to a company. Divide and Knowledge capital : a knowledge divide concerning technology and presents the possibility that the gap has moved beyond access and having the resources to connect to ICTs to interpreting and understanding information presented once connected.

SOLUTIONS TO DIGITAL DIVIDE o Educate people about the important and benefits of using digital divide. o Provide those who do not know much about technology with information that could help them to learn and gain knowledge. o Supporting young people to more skills and jobs so that will grow economically. o Creating more training and skills to the youth. o Giving better technology to low class businesses. o Supply areas with no technology and internet with access and network.
