This document discusses digital literacy at the Open University Library. It provides background on the library and outlines staff digital skills like authoring online skills activities, live online teaching, user experience, and online communications. It describes a Digital Skills and Capabilities project to ensure staff and students can thrive in a digital society. Activities are suggested to map digital practice and adoption. Enabling ongoing development is discussed through freeing up time, live engagement, permission to play, collaboration, partnerships, teaching others, feedback, and a UX digital adoption model.
