which is rapidly changing our understanding of doing business, of learning &
development in a fundamental way – and with unrivalled speed. Yet, in the past
12 months the Dee is for Digital team have come across many Learning and
Development functions that lacks the skills, confidence and support to propel
themselves and their organisation on the Digital Transformation journey.
We know that Learning & Development plays a pivotal role in any change related
program of work and thus is critical to the success of any Digital Transformation
initiative (no matter how big or small). Yet, as is often the case, the Learning &
Development teams are neglected in terms of the training they need to plan,
design, create and build the next level learning experiences required of the
workforce.
This research report sets out to better understand the challenges and
opportunities faced by todays Learning & Development functions. Looking for
