 Responsible for power shut down for HT/LT servicing, load bank test and major shut
down works from planning stage to implementation.
 Prepare annual budget OPEX/CAPEX inclusive of submission of conditional report.
 Prepare invoice to the Tenants based on Occupancy list with space management tool.
 Project management, Vendor Management, Contract renewals and tendering of new

 Responsible for all Statutory License Renewal and Apply.
 Maintain the PPM process tracking systems for monitoring of system performance and
capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects

 Handling and coordinating with the Project Team with any A&A Project
 Prepare and compile monthly management and executive report to Senior Officials,
including preparation of monthly budgets and ensure that we keep within the estimated
budget.
 Payments to the Vendors and administration activities.
 Assist in Conduction fire drill twice a year, preparing the fire drill to report to the
building owner and to evaluate evacuation procedure.
 Maintaining the high level of Security Protocol according the Building requirement
 Conduct monthly Safety inspection on each and every tenant on monthly basis and
report it to building owner.
 Lead the team consisting of Executives, Supervisors and technicians with daily activities
as well as reporting to Accounts Manager on Internal Work Flow & Project
Administration.
 Maintaining the prescribed standard of Cleanliness through House Keeping
 Providing emergency response on full time basis on customer site (Data Centre) and also
able to take on breakdown issues and provide suitable temporary solution until the
system is fixed. Thus, this will shorten the downtime for any system that has failed
which may have held an impact to the data centre.
 Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to employees so as ensure
adequate working knowledge and system backup.
 Prepare the incident report with detail investigation, follow up action with
recommendation and send it to customer.
 Review and Frame the EPP, FPP(Emergency Plans) for the buildings.
