DipTrace has several advantages over EAGLE for drawing circuits according to the document. DipTrace is more intuitive and easier to use, requires less time to draw circuits due to its simplicity, and makes managing libraries easier compared to EAGLE. Additionally, DipTrace allows moving sheets and components more easily and deleting multiple components simultaneously, unlike EAGLE. Parallax switched from EAGLE to DipTrace for developing PCBs in 2011 due to DipTrace's smoother and faster capabilities.

If there is a need to delete/remove few components, then the components can be selected together by holding down the left mouse button and then perform the activity by pressing the delete key or right clickdelete. It is not possible to remove/delete two or more components simultaneously but one by one we can remove. For that, select componentright clickdelete. 12. No in-built simulator.
