Major Project: MPSO - Multi-Product Sales Origination..The Implementation of PEGA (MPSO) will
provide CIBC frontlines the capability to complete sales and origination processes across multiple
products and services using one system. It will improve CIBC’s ability to identify and meet client’s
needs. It can sell multiple products of deposits accounts , credit cards , Loan , Line of Credit, Overdraft.
A client-centric, multi-million dollar program that increases sales by enabling process efficiencies,

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a team of 10+ people across varied teams and locations
• Identified the Gaps and documented the Gaps on the QA SharePoint and discussed the gaps with
requirement team and on Gaps resolutions meetings.
