- #2: Who Creates Web Pages for DMFB? Committees create the content, website committee edits, formats, and publishes the web pages. The DMFB Website contains hundreds of web pages. Web page needs are identified by committees which also create the content for the web pages. Each committee has a web page request list. The website committee is responsible for editing and publishing the web pages. The website committee assigns the web address and keeps a master list of all published web pages. The website committee is also responsible for establishing content rules (no bad stuff on the DMFB website). Committee Content – original and most valid source of information. Web Page Need Identification – key activities - try and do it – what information do you need? Scenarios – activity tasks and information needs. Web Page Request List – each committee (functional area) identifies web pages they want added and provides original content. Web Page Publishing – website committee – edit and publish content provided by committees. Master Web Page List – details and status. Web Page Updates – change request messages and details. Web Page Images – image source and permission. Content Rules – what is ok and not ok to publish.
