This document provides information for a flipped classroom activity on digital multimeters (DMM) for second year electronics engineering students. The key concepts to be covered include the blocks and functions of a digital multimeter, including DC voltage, AC voltage, current, and resistance. Students will review the need for digital instruments, draw and analyze the block diagram of a DMM, and list specifications of a DMM. The in-class activity aims to help students understand the working of each block in a DMM and solve problems related to measurement resolution.
