On-site fuel production for remote locations – If you have a remote oil field and cannot find a cheap and reliable local diesel supply to support your operation, a Ventech-supplied DPU will allow you to produce diesel on site for fuel, power generation, or diesel-based drilling muds. This eliminates reliance on a third party, high-priced diesel supply and ensures that your operations will be continuous. Delayed or unreliable fuel deliveries are eliminated. Streamlined product offering – Ventech can design and fabricate, in-house, a packaged Diesel Production Unit that fits on a single concrete pad, and ships anywhere in the world. The modules are easily trucked to the project site for installation. A DPU is self-contained and air cooled, with minimal electrical power requirements and remote operation capability. User-friendly process units – Ventech Diesel Production Units utilize an efficient configuration. The unused crude streams can even be fed back into a transport pipeline. A Ventech DPU requires minimal operating personnel. Speed to market – Ventech can quickly deliver a lump sum solution for your diesel production needs. All we need is the location, crude assay, and diesel production specification requirements. The Ventech DPU is designed to produce a quality diesel product that can be customized to meet client-specific standards. It is built to allow minimal supervision during operation and is arranged for easy access during maintenance. The units are energy efficient and produce properly cooled products for storage. Interconnections between modules are fit- tested prior to shipment to ensure trouble-free installation. Rigorous inspection and testing are performed on each individual module prior to shipping and installation. The process equipment and piping systems are fully hydro-tested while pumps and motors are checked for proper operation. Instrumentation and electrical systems undergo a complete systems check. All units are designed and fabricated in accordance with Ventech’s stringent quality controls. The modules containing the process equipment, crude tower, and stripper are designed to be adjacent to one another and bolted together. All interconnecting pipe between the modules is prefabricated and flanged for expedient installation.
