management roles at public & private biotech as well as large pharma companies. His deal-making experience
encompasses major corporate partnerships, spin-outs, start-ups and financings. At DS LifeScience, David provided
corporate development, partnering and investment advisory services to range of organizations including Allergan
Pharmaceuticals, Sequenom, Raven biotechnologies, Xenome, Thomas McNerney Partners, Altair Therapeutics,
BioAtla, the Assay Depot, the Sanford Burnham Medical Research Institute; he served as founding CEO for
