This document discusses the iMOD software tool for visualizing and modeling subsurface data. It can be used to create 2D and 3D models using data from boreholes, cone penetration tests, voxel models, shapefiles and grids. The document provides two examples of using iMOD: (1) creating stochastic subsurface scenarios below Dutch dikes to assess failure probabilities, and (2) modeling the complex geology below a new highway where unexpected connected sand layers were discovered.
