Technological capacity
to develop the future
Dynamik Technological Alliance is an international
multi-technology provider Group consisting of 9
Basque companies that have come together in a strategic
alliance, creating a solid team designed to compete more
and better. Its strength lies in its wide-ranging engineering
skills and abilities and broad product range, ensuring High
Added Value for the Group’s products.
The new group is present in several countries and has a
turnover of over 120 million Euros and a staff of 1,100.
The automotive components sector in the Basque Country is highly fragmented,
something that, up to now, has allowed it to offer products with a reputation for high
quality. Despite this, for several years now the sector has faced major challenges,
such as those associated with concentration and pressure in the areas of supply
and demand, as well as the delocalisation of some of its main clients.
Based on the experience acquired in Basque industry’s efficient and effective indus-
trial processes in the automotive and other sectors, the companies have rethought
the strategies to adapt to ever more demanding market needs.
The new group is present in several
countries and has a turnover of over
120 million Euros and a staff of 1,100.
Dynamik Technological Alliance is an
integral part of the economic and indus-
trial fabric of the Basque Country, as
well as of its social and environmental
environment. Business in the Basque
Country is based on high technological
capacity and long experience of quality
and competitiveness. Our companies
and the Group itself are the best exam-
ple of the Basque way of doing things
well.
Our origins, our background
In the light of the above, a group made
up of 9 companies (Ind. Lebario, Larre-
no, Alzuarán, Microdeco, Plaiber, Elay,
Gabi, Inge-Innova y Bultzaki), hence-
forth Dynamik Technological Alliance,
spent over a year defining the proactive
action to be taken with a common com-
mitment to exploring potential ways to
collaborate, taking advantage of the re-
sources, experience and know-how that
give them significant value and capaci-
ty in engineering production processes
and technologies, so as to reinforce
their competitive position and develop
joint operating strategies.
Therefore, Dynamik Technological
Alliance came into being on the basis
of a serious and rigorous commitment,
creating a strong, consolidated bu-
siness Group with a broad range of
products, profound understanding of
industrial processes and considerable
engineering capacity.

A multi-technology Group
Because it has access to the following
technologies - Engineering, Machining
Processes, Foundry, Cutting, Forming,
Aluminium and Rubber Injection, Elas-
tomer Extrusion, Welding, Drop Forging,
Fine Blanking, Shaping, Final Assembly,
Heat Treatment Finishes, Surface Coa-
ting and Assembly.
An international Group
Because several of the companies al-
ready have facilities in several coun-
tries, with clients in Europe, Asia and
America. This underlines the fact that
one of the key strategies of the Group
is to continue with its global expansion.
To this end, in line with the expansion
undertaken by its main clients, it aims
to set up logistical centres in develo-
ping countries and create new business
units.

Automotive components
The priority market of the Dynamik Technological Alliance is the design and
manufacture of Automotive components, given that the companies in the Group
focus on this area, making full use of their resources (human and technical) and
skills (manufacturing and engineering know-how, product and project develop-
ment, sales force, etc.). All of the above is put to use in the following areas:
Projects based on new technologies and materials
• Joining technologies, especially Laser Welding (given the commitment
of the companies to manufacturing sub-assemblies both individually
and in collaboration).
• Surface Treatments (allows the development of added value products).
• Hot Forging
Projects based on traditional technologies, manufacturing sub-assemblies
for Combustion Engines and Transmissions.
Dynamik Technological Alliance is also carrying out new projects to explore
alternative markets, such as Renewable Energy (Wind power-marine installa-
tions, wind power-roof installations and solar thermal energy), Aeronautics and
Railway.
