The eStrategy Framework document outlines a framework for schools to evaluate and improve their use of information and communication technologies (ICT) to enhance teaching and learning. It includes five aspects: Vision and Leadership, Teaching and Learning, Professional Learning, Administration, and Resources. Each aspect contains strands that address key questions. Schools can use the framework to map their current ICT practices, identify priority areas for improvement, and develop goals and evaluation strategies. Involving the entire school community is important for gaining a shared understanding of strengths, weaknesses, and focus areas.
