Publicdata.eu is a one-stop shop for open government data that has been improved with social features and more linked data sets. It was built on CKAN 2.0 beta open source data portal software by the Open Knowledge Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting open data and content. Publicdata.eu supports semantic web standards, has data exploration and mapping tools, and activity streams and social features to build communities around open data.
