I decided to use this shot because the actress filled more of the screen than the previous shots and therefore looked better. 00133.MTS 4:17 Using Medium close-up Good – camera was still and focused. I decided to use this shot because it was clear and focus and it also illustrated that the actress was looking at the picture.

I decided to not use this shot because during this shot the model looked at the camera and I asked her to smile and therefore it ruined the shot. 00138 .MTS 4:04 Using Extreme close-up Good – camera was focused and still. I decided to use this shot because after an attempt, she smiled at the picture. After cropping out the end bit when she looked at the camera, it was a good shot. 00139.MTS 5:05 Not using Zoom in Poor – camera wasn’t smooth and speed varied. I decided to not use this shot as it wasn’t included in the shoot list but at the time of filming I thought it may be a good shot to include. After reviewing it, it didn’t end up in my edit. 00140 .MTS 5:18 Not using Zoom in Poor – speed of camera changed as it zoomed in. I decided to not use this shot for the same reason as the shot above. It wasn’t included but I thought it may be a good idea – but it didn’t fit in with the editing. 00142.MTS 5:18 Using Tracking Good – accurately followed the actress and was smooth. I decided to use this shot because this tracking shot was clear and the actress did exactly what she was intending to do. 00141 .MTS 6:06 Not using Tracking Good – tracking followed actress smoothly. I decided not to use this shot because during the first couple of seconds, the actress looked towards the camera.

I decided to use the reverse of this shot to show that she closed the door again due to the fact this shot was well shot. 00144.MTS 1:14 Not using Extreme close-up Okay – Camera was still and smooth but actresss mucked up. I decided to not use this shot because it was the first take and it wasn’t shot properly or neither was it completed. 00145.MTS 3:16 Using Extreme close-up Good – shot was still and focused on the action. I decided to use this shot because it was clear and focused on the actress as she removed the box from the cupboard. 00146.MTS 10:10 Not using Tracking Okay – Lighting was challenging as it was natural. I decided not to use this shot because the actress wasn’t clear on what she had to do and therefore paused and looked towards the camera. 00147.MTS 7:07 Using Tracking Okay – tracking was smooth but lighting effected shot. I decided to use this clip because the actress did what she was asked to do and the shot was focused and tracked the actress well. 00148.MTS 5:18 Using Medium Good – shot was accurate and focused. I decided to use this shot because it was still and focused as the actress removed the lid from the box. 00150.MTS 4:04 Not using Extreme close-up Good – clear and focused on the box. I decided to not use this shot because it was too zoomed in on the box and the things within the box had moved since the shot before.

I decided to use this shot because it wasn’t as zoomed it as the previous one and the things in the box matched up with the other shot. 00152.MTS 5:05 Using Over the shoulder Good - shot showed her action and was focused. I decided to use this shot because it was clearly shot and focused. It illustrated that the actress was removing a letter from the box. 00153.MTS 6:19 Not using Extreme close-up Good- was focused and showed letter well. I decided to not use this shot because I thought that the shot wasn’t zoomed in on the letter enough and it was a bit of a wider shot. 00154.MTS 4:17 Using Extreme close-up Good – shot was focused and clear. I decided to use this shot because it was more zoomed into the letter, it was focus and clear - plus it also was a short take. 00155.MTS 6:19 Not using Extreme close-up Good – shot was focused and the letter could be read. I decided to not use this shot because I thought that it wasn’t as good as the previous and it was too long. 00161.MTS 6:19 Using Extreme close-up Good – shot was focused on the letter. I decided to use this shot because it was clear and allowed for more of the end of the letter to be seen more which was planned.

I decided to use this shot because it was a still and focused shot that illustrated clearly what the actress was getting out of the box. 00157.MTS 4:17 Using Extreme close-up Good - Shot focused well on the photograph. I decided to use this shot because it was a still and focused shot that was a zoomed in shot of the original picture the actress was looking at in the previous shot. 00159.MTS 4:17 Using Medium Okay – clear and well focused but lighting was an issue. I decided to use this shot because it was shot clearly and continued the flow of shots previous to it. 00160.MTS 3:16 Using Over the shoulder Okay – clear and focused but lighting was a bit of an issue. I decided to use this shot because it flowed well with the previous shot and also was clear and focused when shooting. 00164.MTS 8:21 Not using Zoom in Poor – speed wasn’t the same throughout the shot. I decided not to use this shot because the zoom in wasn’t 100% smooth. There was stuttering towards the beginning of the shot. 00165.MTS 6:06 Not using Zoom in Poor – shot wasn’t smooth nor a continuous speed. I decided not to use this shot because the speed of the shot varied from one second to the other and therefore wasn’t smooth. 00166.MTS 7:07 Not using Zoom in Poor – speed of shot differed. I decided not to use this shot because there was a jump that occurred between the shot where the speed changed dramatically.

I decided not to use this shot because it was too slow towards the beginning and then it sped up as it got towards the end before zooming back out. 00168.MTS 9:09 Not using Zoom in Okay – Speed was mostly accurate apart from an increase right at the end. I decided not to use this shot because the shot was jumpy and the speed was continuously slow which made the shot too long. 00169.MTS 7:07 Using Zoom in Good – speed remained the same throughout. I decided to use this shot because it was smooth and remained the same speed throughout compared to the previous attempts. 00162.MTS 6:06 Not using Pan Poor – camera wasn’t still and continued to move about. I decided not to use this shot because it wasn’t shot on a tripod so it was continually shaking. This meant that it didn’t look good next to the still tripod shots. 00158.MTS 5:18 Not using Extreme close-up Good – shot was clear and well focused. I decided not to use this shot because although it was clear and focused, the shot didn’t really show anything as it was just the actress’s face doing the same facial expression for a long period of time. 00149.MTS 2:15 Not using Over the shoulder Good – quality of the shot was good because it was still and focused. I decided not to use this shot because the shot was too short and I had already used a few over the shoulder shots so I wanted to mix it up instead of using another one.

I decided to not use this shot because it wasn’t 100% smooth and the shot stuttered as it got towards the middle of the shot. 00126.MTS 18:05 Not using Pan Poor – speed varied at the beginning and end. I decided to not use this shot because the speed continued to change throughout the panning shot. 00127.MTS 22:09 Using Pan Good – speed was relatively the same and was smooth. I decided to use this shot because the tracking was clear and smooth. 00131.MTS 7:20 Not using Extreme close-up Good – shot was clear and focused. I decided to not use this shot because it didn’t fit into the flow of shots that were taken. 00132.MTS 7:20 Not using Extreme close-up Good – shot was clear and focused. I decided to not use this shot because the hand movement didn’t flow with the shots before and after it. 00242.MTS 7:20 Not using Zoom in Poor – shot wasn’t smooth. I decided not to use this shot because the fast zoom at the beginning ruined the slow speed of the rest of the zoom.

Good/okay – Good in terms of smoothness of camera work but okay in terms of the behavior of the actor and actress I decided not to use this shot because the actors were looking directly at the camera and it ruined the overall effect. 00246.MTS 14:01 Not using Zoom in and tilt Poor – Actress and actor didn’t perform accurately and camera work was slightly bumpy. I decided not to use this shot because the actor and actress took too long to go in for a hug. 00247.MTS 10:23 Not using Zoom in and tilt Poor – speed of shot changed throughout. I decided not to use this shot because the speed varied throughout. 00248.MTS 10:10 Not using Zoom in and tilt Poor – speed varied massively and shot wasn’t smooth. I decided not to use this shot because the tilt was not accurate and continued to jult. 00249.MTS 9:09 Not using Tracking Okay – speed and smoothness was good but actor and actress walked into camera. I decided not to use this shot because the actor and actress walked directly into the camera. 00250.MTS 11:11 Not using Tracking Good – accuracy of speed and smoothness was good. I decided not to use this shot because I felt that it didn’t quite show the connection between the two.

I decided to use this shot because the speed and accuracy of the tilt and zoom was one of the best. 00252.MTS 13:00 Not using Zoom in and tilt Poor – speed was different. I decided not to use this shot because at the beginning of the shot, the zoom sped up at the beginning of the clip.
