This document describes an Arduino automated parking lot system project. The system uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller to keep track of the number of parked cars up to a maximum of 9. It displays the number of open slots on a 7-segment display and controls a gate arm. The project aims to prototype an automated parking system and teach how to program and use Arduino. It lists the required components which include an Arduino Uno, servo motor, display, resistors, breadboard, and materials to build a mock parking lot.
