The Endeavor –
Step 1: Find aspiring entrepreneurs who believe in Advantage India.

Step 3: Get them to work together.
What is Advantage India?
A fleet of muscle cars and a talent pool capable of high-performance driving.
The Fleet –

the Indian Economy and contribute
• 45% of the industrial output
• 40% of exports
• 48 million in employment
• Create one million jobs every year and
• Produce more than 8000 quality products for the Indian and international markets
The Talent Pool –

By 2050, India will have close to 1 billion employable people.
As a million youth enter the workforce every
month, policy-makers are exploring new and
inventive ways to realize the potential of this
demographic dividend.
In Delhi-NCR alone, 350,000 SMEs employ close to
6 million people. As engines of inclusive growth,
SMEs deserve a renewed focus. Make in India is
one example of fresh government impetus.

Where is the gap?
Due to the relative lack of resources in identifying and recruiting skilled people, many SMEs
struggle to find the right talent1.
Our Solution
A student-driven consulting team offering high quality and cost-effective solutions to the
most immediate challenges faced by SMEs.

A Three-tier Consulting Team
Our vision
To promote a new culture which encourages young professionals to spend time and share
expertise with small businesses, the backbone of the Indian economy.

For SMEs that are on a high growth trajectory but struggle to find the right talent, our
consulting teams will present a unique alternative.
I. Top talent
When seeking fulltime employment, top talent is naturally drawn to big-name businesses
offering competitive salaries. But when seeking internships, learning is the draw. Many
students believe they will receive a more hands-on experience and mentoring opportunities
with a small organization.
II. Fresh thinking
Young, bright and motivated students bring with them novel perspectives, fresh ideas,
specialized strengths and skill sets.
III. Collaboration
Our teams will work collaboratively with clients towards diagnosing their most pressing
challenges, then deploy the latest in business thinking, engineering and technology to find a
high quality and cost-effective solution.

problems as a consulting team
• Receive individual and group feedback, as well as, awards and recognition
