Mepz 2, Basak Lapu- Lapu City Cebu 6015, Philippines April 2004 – January 2008 MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY PLANT -Involved in Thick film / Lex film process (Negative photo resist) -Operated the Karl Suss Mask Aligner, for high alignment accuracy, and sophisticated exposure optics. Raw wafers were being process on this stage to create a circuit patterns. Every procedure in this level is very critical as it will affect the whole process if human negligence is not prevented. High risk of UV exposure due the UV rays emitted from the mask aligner. - I have conducted SPC testing for every processed wafers before proceeding to the next process. - I have spent two quality years of this process and became expert. - Tab Bonding, is a process that places bare integrated circuits onto a printed circuit board (PCB) by attaching them to fine conductors in a polyamide or polyimide film. - Operated a Kulicke & Soffa Tab Bonder. - I have been into this process for two years and producing thousands of circuit reels throughout the Page | 6
