•Stakeholder is a tall, trim
haired person. He is a
interactive and a very
friendly person. He is
sportive He is a very
smiling and pleasant
person.

NEEDS A WAY TO
•Stakeholder is facing
challenges in terms of
communicating in the
local language, adapting to
his new ambiances, feeling
home sick and above all
his thriving for success.
NEEDS
BECAUSE
•Stakeholder in spite of all his differences, he has
found his own ways to drive him on, without
getting stuck with backlogs. He has really spent a
lot of time to over come his difficulties by being
more optimistic, by analyzing his classmates and
tried to initiate more conversations with more and
new people.
INSIGHT
EMPATHY MAPPING
• Today, for all
the efforts he
took, he feels
really happy
as he is
accepted by all
his peers.
• The
Stakeholder
did not want
to give up,
and took effort
to learn the
local language
and be more
friendly.
• His perception
was that he
might be
ignored among
his peers as he
came from a
different
background.
• The
Stakeholder
found it
difficult to
mingle with
his peer group
