- In the beginning it’s better to work with younger colleagues because
they are much more welcoming.
- School should have practice and should promote team work.
- University Job fairs are more like a parade of companies that want to
boast themselves instead of motivate and show how things will be
when students become workers.
Feel:
- Very nervous in the first interview.
- Big companie’s Human Resources department try to make you
confortable but they think first in the company and then in the person
sitted in front of them.
- Motivated to work in the company.
- Integrated in the team and in the company.
- Likes the company and the opportunity to travel around the world in
work.
- Dependency of companies needs, you don’t have the power to say “i
think i’m better doing this, so i want to work on this”.
- University is to study and from that you are on your own.
- Companies should look more forward when they try to hire someone.
- Formations must be more oriented to the characteristics of the
company.
