Design Thinking Action Lab 2013
• Was quiet difficult to get a job even as
a trainee without experience;
• The transition(after graduation) was easy
as he was working as a trainee on the
same company before;
• More responsibilities were directed to him;
• Went abroad to get a higher level of English
as it greatly important on his field;
Hommer
• Applied for many vacancies in different companies;
• Studied the company before going to the interview;
• Was honest to say that had no previous experience;
• Could apply the knowledge he acquired during
studies;
• Improved his knowledge while new
tasks were directed to him;
• Could contribute more to the company if had a
greater experience/knowledge on the other segments
as well.
• Would be important have had a different
experience in another company as well(just
worked in one);
• Needs to get more experience/knowledge
on the field more open;
• Is not so happy on the position which is;
• Need some new inputs to wider his
mind on the segment;
Has graduated about a year ago
increase knowledge/different
experiences
would like to be enrolled on the
whole process instead of having
just a small(10%) contribution.
