This document outlines a job interview simulation activity where students work in pairs, with one student acting as the interviewer and the other as the job applicant. The interviewer will ask the applicant a series of nine predetermined questions to simulate a job interview. Then the students will switch roles, with the applicant now acting as interviewer and asking the same questions to the other student. After completing the role play, students will write a one-page reflection on their experience with the activity.
