and non useful instruments about how
to solve problems in the real world”.
• “I went into the job not knowing what I
need to do”.
• “Working with peers with great
experience has given me an opportunity
of learning new things”.
• “On my first day of work I was very
scared and confused about what I had
to do”.

• Talk to seniors from college who have
passed out and now are working at big
companies.
• Share his thoughts and feelings about
to join work with his friends.
• Talk with his family and relatives about
his experiences.
• Search on the internet for more
information about work culture.
• Learn more about design industry in
Colombia.
DO
• He feels so stressed and overwhelmed
because not been totally prepared for
the real life work.
• He feels so nervous because the college
did not prepare him for do real work.
• He thinks that with his poor experience
at the time of completing their studies
he can’t get good jobs.
• He feel afraid because in the real world
are people far more qualified than him.
• He is worried because thinks that he can
fail.
• He needs to be prepared for change!.

inexperienced, hardworking designer
that is getting ready to start work. He
needs to find a way to move through
the transition more easily.
