Encoding parameters: codec, bitrate, resolution
Segment features: complexity
Evaluated VEEP-Match on a set of cloud AWS and edge resource instances
Achieved significant savings:
17%-78% in cost-optimized scenarios
38%-45% in energy-optimized scenarios
