PROBLEM STATEMENT
• All helmets attempt to protect the users head by absorbing mechanical energy and protecting against
penetration.Their structure and protective capacity are altered in high -energy impacts .
• Beside their energy -absorption capacity,their volume and weight are also important issues,since higher
volume and weight increases the injury risk for the users head and neck.
• Wearing an appropriate safety helmet significantly reduces the risk of injury or even death.Protective
headwear could save your life .
NEED STATEMENT
• Riding a motor cycle gives riders a sense of freedom on the open road however,there sre serious
dangers involved in riding without a helmet.
• A motor cycle doesnot provide the structural protection that a car does to keep drivers safe in the evevt
of an accident.
• Motorcyclists need to take extra precautions to protect their body .The most important place to start is
by protecting the head.
• The head and brain is most vulnerable to injury in a motorcycle accident.Drivers and passengers
wearing helmets increase their chance of survival significantly over non-helmet wearers.
BENCHMARK PRODUCT:
• Brand:(STUDS TROY)
Helmets play a major role in the road accidents and in this electronic modern era
people were more concious about their appearence and moreover users are giving more
importance to the comfortness and its multiusage.And it should be economic friendly.For ladies
it was more important to serve both aesthetic and safety purpose.So Studstroy as a benchmark
acts as more comfort as this sporting half helmet from studds is made out of high grade
egineering thermoplastic which protects the outer shell from impacts.This provides scrach
fresistance property also.
