This paper discusses the enhancement of traffic routing within IoT networks through smart leader nodes and network clustering, focusing on the challenges posed by mobile nodes and control overhead. It introduces the Node Clustering based on IoT (NCIoT) protocol, which improves message transmission, aiding secure healthcare data exchanges, and boosting network performance by 78% while decreasing latency by 12.5%. By utilizing predictive inquiry small packets (PISP) and intelligent routing algorithms, the proposed methodology aims to optimize resource allocation and performance in smart city applications.
