The University of New South Wales outsourced the management of its integrated print and mail room to Fuji Xerox Global Services. This has led to improved service delivery, increased satisfaction levels, and significant cost reductions of an estimated $2 million savings. The partnership consolidated printing services into a new facility, introduced online printing tools, and improved the student experience with new self-service printing kiosks. As a result, UNSW has achieved industry-leading cost savings and service benchmarks, as well as increased staff productivity and satisfaction through faster turnaround times and improved customer service.
