The 'Each One Invites Three' (EOI3) approach in Rwanda utilizes social diffusion to enhance family planning awareness and adoption, where satisfied family planning users act as community mobilizers to invite peers using invitation cards. This strategy fosters open dialogue about family planning, reduces stigma, and increases trust between community members, leading to improved engagement with health services. Pilot results indicated a decrease in rumors, increased discussions on family planning between spouses, and heightened male involvement in family planning methods.
