The Esri Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) provides customers with experts to help them define and achieve their GIS goals. The program includes an assigned technical advisor, annual planning sessions, a technical work plan, learning credits, and quarterly technology webcasts. The program helps customers reach their enterprise GIS vision, collaborate with Esri experts, and get advice to maximize their investment in Esri technologies. United Water used EEAP to implement an enterprise GIS data model and build web and mobile apps.
