First party provider is the main company that provides the service or product, the second is to
whom receives the service it is the consumer and the third is the company which hired the main
company for provide the service between customers and company.
Types of Third Party Logistics(3PL) Providers
Transportation Based:

Classical Music And Its Influence On The Culture Of...
Poetic Dissonance Classical music is earnest music engendered in the traditions of Western music.
Many great composers were born in that era kenned as the mundane practice period. For my
classical project I went to the Music Center s Walt Disney concert hall. It has had many famous
classical performances over the past few years. I witnessed something unique and enlightening
when I entered the orchestraperformance and heedfully aurally perceived all of this solemn music. I
discerned many famous composers this evening. Their denominations were Paul Hindemith, Pyotr
Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Benjamin Boone, Dmitri Shostakovich, and Arturo Marquez conducted by
Thomas Loewenheim. The pieces performed were Symphonic Metamorphosis on Themes of Carl
Maria von Weber; Allegro, Turandot: Scherzo, Andantino, March, Concert for Violin in D major;
Allegro Moderato, Waterless Music, Symphony in D minor; Revolutionary Petrograd, Razliv,
Aurora, Dawn of Humanity, and Danzon. I optically discerned many people and instruments being
played all over the theater. Mostly everyone I optically discerned was professionally dressed up.
The instruments being played were the violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet,
bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, tuba, percussion, and piano. The most
fascinating thing I cerebrated was intriguing was that they endeavored integrating water as an
instrument in the waterless music piece and it genuinely sounded congenial. When I entered the

Many leaders past and present in society have influenced the development of Army leadership.
One of the most influential leaders is James Earl Rudder. Rudder enlisted in the U.S. military in
1932 as a commissioned officer in the Army Reserves right after completing his degree in
industrial education from Texas A M. In 1933, Rudder became a teacher and taught football at
Brady High School later becoming a football coach and teacher at Tarleton Agricultural College.
Rudder married Margaret Williamson in June 1937 whom he had five children. Rudder was
called to active duty in 1941, approximately two years after the start of World War II (WWII). In
1943 as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Rudder took command of Second Ranger Battalion, later
named Rudder s Rangers (Todd IV Knape, 2010). Rudder s Rangers played a significant role in
the D Day invasion by storming the beach at Pointe du Hoc under constant enemy fire, scaling 100
meter cliffs with unreliable radio communications between his troops, reached and destroyed

The most meaningful insight I was able to take from the inspiring story of Fidel Lopez was his
compassionate perspective toward life and people. He did not lose focus of his main goal in life
and saw people in the same way even after his traumatizing experience. I admire his way of life
and feel that more of us today should keep the words of Fidel Lopez in mind and that is, that
good and bad people come in all colors. It would make a big difference if people today would
keep that in mind with the same problem we had twenty years ago still affecting us today. For

The Man In The High Castle
The Man in the High Castle His original name was Frank Fink. He had been born on the East
Coast, in New York, and in 1941 he had been drafted into the Army of the United States of
America, right after the collapse of Russia. After the Japs had taken Hawaii he had been sent to
the West Coast. When the war ended, there he was, on the Japanese side of the settlement line.
And here he was today, fifteen years later (Dick, 7). The Man in the High Castle, wrote by Philip
K. Dick, is a book set in 1962 but in an alternate timeline where the Axis powers won WWII. The
writer Philip K. Dick was a man troubled with addiction, death, and government distrusts; who used

The Man in the High Castle completely changes this idea by instead of using one story with
subplots that branch off, Dick uses one setting to tell three different stories connected by events
and similar objects. In the book there are three separate plots happening: The Spy plot, the
Marketing plot, and the Grasshopper plot. The spy plot is about Baynes(who is undercover)
trying to pass information privately to another spy about an upcoming election to stop war. This
exchange takes place in Tagomi s office. Tagomi is a businessman that previously had bought a
pistol from Childan. Childan is directly related to the Marketing plot. The second plot is about
Children s almost affair, selling fake antiques, and includes Frank Fink, a jew who crafts the
fake antiques Childan was conned into selling. Frank also has ties with the third plot. Frank s Ex
wife Julianna lives in colorado and travels with an italian man to meet the author of a book called
The Grasshopper Lies heavy(a made up book about the Allies winning ww2). On top of the
relation already established their are things that tie all of these events together. Frank, Tagomi, and
the author of The Grasshopper Lies heavy all three use something called I Ching, the Taoist oracle

The Animal Of The Zoo
Many zoos around the world have captive breeding programs in which they take animals from
the wild and breed them in captivity and the offspring of these species become the entertainment
of the public. Seeing the new panda bear cub exhibit can bring major business to the zoos, but
when the new set of cubs arrive what is to be done with the old cubs? When there is no profitable
use or need for an animal in the zooit is considered a surplus. Surplus animals, if they re lucky, will
be transferred to another program that need more of that particular species. Most of the time,
however, the zoo will cull the extra animals. Also, when a zoo feels as though the social
structure of an animal family is crumbling, many zoos will cull any extra babies or euthanize the
troublemakers. It is considered Zoothansia. According to One Green Planet, U.S. zoos favor the
use of contraception to limit the number of unwanted pregnancies amongst animals, however in
Europe, killing surplus animals is standard practice . Recently, there was a very public culling of
a giraffe names Marius in the Copenhagen Zoo. The zoo has determined that Marius s traits were
too common in the breeding pool he was in so he was considered useless. Marius, the 18 month
old giraffe, was culled in front of a group of students visiting the enclosure. This sent an uproar
through the animal rights movements as well as the general public simply because the giraffe could

This war began when the White man crossed the Atlantic Ocean in search of independence. They
left Europe and slowly began fighting for a better life which eventually led to their break away
from the harsh brutalities of the British government. When, in all reality, their search for
independence led to the abolishment of the freedom of the Native Americans. Instead of placing
light onto this subject, it is swept under the rug in schools across America today. I believe that the
way the American government chose to gain territory was selfish and ignorant and led to the loss
of many cultures and precious lives. Some of the ways this happened was by the removal of rights,
battles, untruthful treaties, and confiscation of land. In many ways American history books and
movies portray Christopher Columbus, Andrew Jackson, and President Van Buren to be American
heroes, but these so called heroes are actually murderers, thieves, and liars. Jackson and Van Buren
believed that the Indians needed to become civilized and convert to Christianity, yet the actions
these two presidents practiced were opposite of what the religion boasts. Obviously, they were the
ones who needed to become civilized and remember where they came from and that what they were
taking away from the Indians is exactly what they had fought for. Whenever Jackson was elected
president, he implemented laws that did away with the tribe as a legal unit and made them subject
to militia duty and state taxes,

Background of the study
Organization for Economic Co operation and Development (OECD) International Network on
Financial Education (INFE) has defined financial literacy as a combination of awareness,
knowledge, skill, attitude and behaviour necessary to make sound financial decisions and ultimately
achieve individual financial wellbeing . Bhushan and Medury (2013) stated that financial literacy
helps individuals to improve their level of understanding of financial matters which enables them to
process financial information and make informed decisions about personal finance. It was found that
well functional financial markets depend on participants making informed decisions (Agarwalla et
al., 2012). Moreover, Bhushan and Medury (2013) found that financial education empowers
individuals to take their financial decisions in a better and effective way.
