Primarily, the Company sells a product referred to as dry silica which is largely used in oil gas
operations, particularly in dry casing the wells created through horizontal fracturing ( Fracking )

Profit in pharmaceutical industries is not possible without patents and without patents innovation,
research and development of new life saving drugs and medicines suffers (Winestock and Cooper,
2001, p. 1). Without incentive Research and Development (R amp;D) cannot be done, and this
incentive is provided by strong IPRs. According to Grabowski, H. (2002) the total cost of doing
researching and developing new drug along with the costs of capital and failed R amp;D is more than
US$400 million. In the absence of strong implementation of IPRs and R amp;D costs, investors will
not be ready to invest in R amp;D.
According to Dam (1994, P. 247), the copping of intangible assets are very easy and this will result in
free copying of innovation by imitators at a low cost. Patent which is one of the way of IPRs, helps to
motivate innovation and R amp;D by giving assurance to innovator total and exclusive rights, these
rights include manufacturing right, selling or maintaining, distributing or licensing to distribute the
invention. If patent laws in not available in pharmaceutical market no investors will ready to do
investment in R amp;D and the risk is so high that competitor will copy the good and services with
less risky investment (Ryan and Shanebrook, 2004, pp. 15, 16).

Arthur Miller is a social dramatist who reflects his outlook on the US government, in many of his
plays. The Great Depression had a lasting influence on him, which he portrays in The American Clock

Wren describes Miller s intention through this theme, The American Clock seems to be not only about
the Depression, but more generally about how humans recall and retrieve experience (Wren). Miller
blames these bad experiences, during the Great Depression, on the U.S government. Edwards, an
expert on the depression, explains that generally, Misguided federal policies caused the downturn

Putting the words back together, chronic bronchitis is the chronic inflammation and swelling of the
bronchial mucosa, which can lead to scarring and a variety of other clinical manifestations. This is
where we can correlate the clinical findings from MK s case study to the chronic bronchitis. Here we

When hearing the word mall the most common examples that will come to people s mind are York
dale, Scarborough Town Center or Vaughan Mills. They picture these huge supercenters mini well
known stores such as Garage, Le Chateau, H M, Best Buy even Wal Mart, etc. These places will be
filled with large amounts of people shopping. Food courts with a huge line up and a mini kiosks
asking people if you want to try a free sample. The way people view malls are different depending on
their point of view. I hope by the end of this report to show the social significance and the effect the

Earthquake Problems
The Earthquake struck the country at 4:53 p.m, it was a time that many people were out and about, at
school, at work or just outside doing things. It was pure chaos from the moment it struck the overly
populated city. There were very few rescues that first evening of the earthquake, and as night fell,
residents found themselves in a world of darkness and grief (Petrou). One of the larger problems with
the earthquake was that it destroyed much of it s government offices and the capital city of Port au
Prince, many of the resources that would have helped rescue people and revive the city were

Literary Analysis Of Tenzing Norgay And Sir Edmund Everest
The rugged ascent of Mount Everest is every insane climbers dream, but nightmare at the same time.
The steep and deadly slopes of the towering Mountain are illustrated and portrayed in the minds of the
readers throughout the abstract and meaningful poem; The Summit. This poem is all about the intrepid
and enduring journey up Mount Everest, taken on by the courageous pioneers; Tenzing Norgay and Sir
Edmund Hillary in the year of 1953. The poem itself uses various different types of language features
to hook and intrigue the readers.
On they plodded, Martian weird, With pouted mask and icicle beard in these lines the poem talks
about the equipment Hillary and Tenzing used on their expedition. The author uses a metaphor to
describe how they looked like during the climb really adds effect and again can make you imagine that
all their gear and masks made them look weird like martians, the metaphor used in these lines really
helps to paint a picture of the situation in the reader s mind. It shows you what they went through and
what they had to do to reach their goal. The lines also show you that you have to be a little weird and
step out of your comfort zone to fulfill your goals and dreams. Confidence is essential for success.
Every single one of the lines in The Summit has some sort of deeper meaning behind them. For
instance, here are a couple of lines extracted from the poem; Their steps were weary, keen was the
wind, Fast vanishing their oxygen fuel, These lines present to the reader how dangerous and punishing
the journey was. The climbers were tired and worn to the soul, you can tell this from line Their steps
were weary. One of the lines; keen was the wind, This line includes personification, meaning; the
wind was keen to do what it does best; blowing and gusting. This highlights the harsh environment the
climbers had to endured through throughout the entirety of their journey. Fast vanishing their oxygen
fuel , this line proves how risky the adventure genuinely was, it also shows that you didn t have a say
in how much long you had time you had to live on Everest, in reality, your oxygen tanks and the
gruelling weather did. In fact the climbers would have to sleep with one eye open just to

No one was ever charged in the murder of rapper Christopher Wallace, aka. Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie
Smalls, but I will show how a suspect would be tried if there were such a suspect. But first I would
like to point out that this trial would be a media circus. To begin with the suspect could more than
likely end up being one or more LAPD officers, a fact that the FBI has suggested in their report on
Wallace that was released in 2011 (Federal Bureauof Investigation , n.d.). Then there is the gang

charged at the first appearance, with the charges being upheld during the preliminary hearing, and then
