This document presents a study comparing traffic density estimates obtained from moving observer data with predictions made using prominent speed-density models: Greenshield's, Greenberg's, and Underwood's models. The authors conducted a field survey on the Kakoli to Abdullahpur section of Airport Road in Dhaka, collecting data on vehicle flow, speed, and density. The study concluded that while Greenberg's model provides better predictions, Underwood's model is more reliable for fluctuating traffic conditions.
