Ethical framework Diagram

This is what I feel makes up the ethical frame work in my place of work. When comparing my initial thoughts with my findings I see that the ethical framework in my place of work is so important. These guidelines are not just thinking about about a pupil’s educational understanding but also physical wellbeing and extend beyond this consideration incorporating teacher’s health wellbeing and the School as a whole.
