- 41. MC University Updating Meter Readings To update Meter Readings: • Open Action control on grey header bar • Enter updates to Meter 1 and / or Meter 2
- 42. MC University Move an Asset Steps to move Asset to new location: • Open Action control and select Move to New Location • Enter location to which Asset should be moved in New Parent field • Move Date field can be edited as necessary
- 43. MC University Create a Work Order for an Asset Steps to create a Work Order for an Asset: • Open Action control and select Create Work Order • New Work Order Page is used to populate required fields and additional detail
- 44. MC University Upload Asset Photo Steps to upload an Asset photo: • Open the Action control and select Set Asset Photo • Options include Upload Existing Photo / Image or Take Photo (dependent on camera detection)
- 45. MC University Asset Task List Steps to access Asset Task List: • Available from Asset Section of Home Page, Asset List, and Asset Summary Page • Separate section is shown for each open Work Order in which the Asset has an identified task

- 47. MC University Delete an Asset Assets are rarely deleted – only if created in error! Require password to delete NOT used in MC Express
