Jade Delaney experimented with blur and sharpen tools in Adobe Photoshop. She blurred backgrounds and faces while sharpening eyes to hide identities. She also blurred circles over eyes, faces while leaving hair and backgrounds intact, and entire photographs while sharpening eyes similar to Thomas Ruff's techniques. On one photo she blurred the background and hair to make the face stand out and changed another to grayscale to focus on facial expressions.

- 10. I changed the previous photograph to grayscale. I find that the grey makes the subjects look more uniformed and the focus changes to their facial expression.
