The study explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM), identifying nine functional areas within HRM that can benefit from AI implementations. Through a systematic review of 23 relevant papers from the Scopus online database, the research highlights how AI can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. The findings underscore the growing significance of AI technologies in optimizing HRM practices and the need for further exploration in this domain.
