There are several ways to express emotions, including verbally through talking and active listening, non-verbally through body language like facial expressions and posture, and creatively through art, music, dance, writing, and more. People who are visually or hearing impaired can still express emotions through sign language, body language, or hearing how others communicate. Active listening involves not just hearing what someone says, but asking questions to demonstrate understanding.
