There are several things which must be understood about behavior styles:One personality trait is not better than the other. Each trait is appropriate with the proper situation when implemented well. For example, a detail oriented person is needed in a group when working with a very creative person with lots of ideas. If the details are not planned, the ideas cannot be implemented.Work, using each other’s strengths.
2. There are no pure styles. Everyone has some characteristics of each, with one being more predominant, comfortable and requires the least amount of energy.
Everyone has goals they hope to attain and results they wish to achieve.Different interpersonal priorities influence how people go about accomplishing these goals. All individuals have different communication, time management, relationship styles and methods of decision-making and conflict resolution.
