We need to configure Logistic Company (Setting / Logistic Company / Logistic Company) with FedEx credential as below. • Select Ship Company. • Select Company. • Give Logistic Comapany name. • Enter your website. • Check Test Mode if you are using system for testing purpose. • Select Ship Account. • Enter Fedex Key which is provided by FedEx. • Enter Password which is provided by FedEx. • Enter Account Number which is provided by FedEx. • Enter Meter Number which is provided by FedEx. - 3. 2. Shipping Methods (Sale / Configuration / Shipping Methods). • Here we will configure Shipping Methods and Shipping rate to use offline data while calculating cost of shipping. 3. Shipping Rate Configuration (Sale / Configuration / Shipping Rate Configuration). • Here we will enter Rate configuration data. • Enter Name. • Check Active if you want to use. • Select Shipping Calculation method based on requirment. • Select Shipping Rate Card from Shipping Methods which you have defined above in Shipping Methods. • Add Shipment Tax. - 4. 4. While creating sale order you can count the shipping charged based on weight of products. By clicking this calculate Shipping button it will allows you to count shipping cost for current sale order with 2 ways. (1) Based on existing data which is stored inside Rate Configuration. (2) Based on live calculation from FedEx Website. If you select Ship Rate Method : Rate Card then it will calculate the shipping cost from exhisting data OR You can enter shipping cost manually. - 5. If you will select Ship Rate Method : Rate Request it will request FedEx server to calculate the cost of current sale order. After calculating the cost Shipping Cost will be displayed as below. 5. While delivery of order package will be added inside Package tab of Shipping tab of delivery order. We can use the Paypal to pay shipping charges, To use this functionality you need to configure Paypal Account (Warehouse / Shipping Payment / Paypal Account) as below. • Enter Paypal Signature. • Enter Paypal User. • Enter Paypal Password. • Select Payment Method. 11.
