PORT QASIM (BQM) CY/CFS DELIVERY CY DELIVERY (FCL) :- ALL THE CY/CY & SHIPPER’S LOAD STOW AND COUNT CONTAINERS DISCHARGED AT QASIM INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL (QICT) SITUATED AT PORT QASIM REMAIN INTACT FOR CY DELIVERY UNLESS SHIPPING AGENT SERVED THE NOTICE TO QICT FOR DEVANNING THE CONTAINERS. CFS DELIVERY (SINGLE EXAMINATION):- ALL THE CONTAINERS CONTAINING SCRAP WOULD SHIFT & DESTUFF AT NAMAL CNTR TERMINAL (NCT) DESIGNATED FOR DEVANNING ONLY SCRAP UNITS. WHILE ALL THE CNTRS CONTAINING GENERAL & HAZARDOUS CARGO WOULD SHIFT & DESTUFF AT QASIM FREIGHT STATION (QFS). LCL DELIVERY:- ALL THE LCL CONTAINERS WOULD ALSO SHIFT TO QFS FOR DESTUFFING (UNLESS CONTAINER NOT MEANT FOR KARACHI OFFDOCK) PROVIDED THAT CONCERN SHIPPING AGENT SERVE THE DESTUFFING REQUESTING REQUEST TO QICT.
- 21. PROCEDURE FOR MOVEMENT CONTAINERS ARE TRANSPORTED BY ROAD TO BORDER. CONTAINER SEAL + PAKISTAN CUSTOM SEAL IS VARIFIED AT BORDER. TRANPORTER/CUSTOM BROKER IS REQUIRED TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS AT THE BORDER FOR VARIFICATION . AFTER VARIFICATION OF SEALS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED FOR MOVEMENT.
- 22. CONTAINERS ARE FULLY EXAMINED AT PORT OF DISCHARGE ON PRESENTATION OF FULL DOCUMENTS. ON ARRIVAL AT BORDER, EXAMINATION IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ALL DOCUMENTS. MOVEMENT PROCEDURE
