Intended Audience Denver Bronco players from offense defense, and special teams. Players with all different roles on the team and different lengths of experience. The head coach as well as the head offensive and defensive coordinator.
Goals and Objectives Learn to deal with changes in coaches and player personnel. Help players and coaches learn to deal with change and work with one another. Help players except the change to a new coach after having a long tenured coach. Establish and work on communication issues during the change. Make sure that team and individual goals are established. Work to identify why people do not like change and how to make this change as smooth as possible for the entire organization.
Methods of Instruction Introductions to everyone, since mini camp is a perfect time to meet everyone. Discussions about what worked in the past. Discussion of what will be done to make things work in the future. What is change? The different phases of change.
