The Denver Broncos held a change management workshop on May 4, 2009 to help players and coaches deal with changes to the team's coaching staff and player personnel. The workshop aimed to teach players and coaches how to accept and work with change, establish goals, and improve communication during transitions. Players, coaches, and staff from across the team participated in introductions, discussions about past successes and future plans, and exercises on managing the different phases of change. The workshop also addressed identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and questions after the activity.
