Workshop Series: We offer both one day and multi-session workshops to obtain technical and artistic development skills in topics as diverse as Projection Mapping, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Data Visualization, Generative Art, and more. Immersive: The Immersive is a 12-week ‘studio art course in computer science,’ focused on giving a small cohort of students a strong foundation in the art of creative code. Each week, our resident instructors guide participants through a sequence of topics where the medium is software creating interactive art. “Low enrollment fee of $4,000, monthly payment terms are available”

- 9. Gray Area Foundation for the Arts became a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in 2008, while renovating a former porn theater, 55 Taylor, (now the Center for New Music) into gallery and studios. Several notable civic engagement programs were developed to activate local communities to respond to urban issues in Mid- Market, including the Urban Prototyping Festival in 2012.
