Five Behavior Program
1. Stay true to your values
• Human Resources Head, Dan Ullomvucelich and Ohio Ethics Area Living looked for
opportunities to help them put their values into action.
• "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team".
• Hel individuals discover what is needed to become a truly cohesive and productive team.
• The five behaviors are trust, conflict, commitment, responsibility and results.
2. Creating changes in Ohio Living Mount Pleasant
• Nurses do not trust their partners.
• 4 of the 8 nurses were ready to quit smoking.
• The youngest administrator, Josie Browning Haney, seeks help and asks The Five
Behaviors Authorized Partner for her.
3. Discovering a shared voice
• The partner discovers that all nurses have the same passion for the community.
• They needed to start getting to know each other more. Not only as nurses but as people.
• The Five Behaviors program helped with that with your personality inventory.
4. Trust the process
• They need a quick visit, but somehow the program accepts it.
• 8 key leaders are outside the building of their work to train
• The program started with "confidence".
• It is required to share information about a Works question and an exercise in which the
personal achievements and challenges that influenced the news today.
5. The healthy side of conflict
• The second behavior was conflict.
• Identify what the conflict is and thus be able to have a better solution to the problem
• The team's work on the trust and conflict of the assistants to finish the program.
• The best achievement was that they learn to be a team and emerge stronger than ever.
• See how the 5 Behaviors of five Behaviors are intentionally applied to improve their
decision making.
6. A non-forestry test of teamwork
• A fire spread through a residential wing of the Mount Pleasant facility.
• Residents were evacuated safely.
• Teamwork was excellent. They could handle this situation very well. They even forget
the positions and everyone does different things to help.
• The Five Behaviors program was given credit as a key to success during the emergency.
• The service was excellent before and after the incident.
7. A team transformation
• The Five Behaviors program completely restored the team's purpose and faith in
teamwork.
• This program was very good for Mount Pleasant because it became his weakness in his
strengths.
• The quality of service during and after the emergency was high performance
